Top Of The Rock

Cardigan: Missoni
Pants: Zara
Bag: Rebecca Minkoff
Necklace: Marc by Marc Jacobs

These pictures were taken at the top of the Rockefeller in New York. It was very lovely and the view was fantastic. It was also the only paid touristy thing we did. I'm not a touristy person, you want me to pay $23 to go on the Statue of Liberty cruise that sells out two months in advance? No thanks. But I will take a picture with that bum dressed like the Statue in Time Square for $1- and I can get a much closer picture too! It's win-win, don't you think?

  3. What you do is pay like a dollar to ride the Staten Island Ferry (which also serves ridiculously cheap beer) and use that to see the Statue of Liberty. That said, I think Top of the Rock is worth the price - the view is incredible and it's still cheaper than the Empire State building.

  7. Hey gorgeous! Thanks for stopping by my blog and I'm so glad that I found yours ! I'm an ottawa girl too (born and raised in the west end) and love that you bring fashion and fun into the nation's capital! I was recently in New York too, and didn't do any of the touristy stuff, went on a hip hop tour instead (hush tours) and loved it- highly recommend! You have great fashion style- love the MIssoni cardigan (had to do a double take to see if it was the Missoni for Target collection which is all the rage now!). I'm following you now, can't wait for more posts :)
