Couture Gowns: Let's Oogle

Never mind that the model looks like she's been listening to Adele's songs on repeat in these shots from the May issue of Harper's Bazaar Espana (I've seen the unsexy version of that look on myself, it happened around the 101th time "Rolling In The Deep" was on in a mall change room) for the next few minutes let us oogle over these couture frocks and gowns. While the Maxime Simoens, Chanel, Elie Saab and Gaultier dresses channel the trend in femme and beautiful silhouettes, Maison Martin Margiela Arlesanal and Valentino went for the drama. Ahhh... Other than being in one, is there really more to life than seeing really, really, ridiculously good looking gowns?

So while we nonchalantly roll our eyes pretending like we can just buy 3 or 4 of these and drink our morning tea with our pinky in the air, which one is your favorite?

  8. I love the Elie Saab one. If it wasn't so crazy at the bottom, I think it'd be a lovely dress for us common folk, har har.

Ugh yes... the face. If I hear Rolling in the Deep on the radio I think I might plug my ears. Replay has ruined too many songs for me.. </3

  19. FOr once I have to disagree with you. You've got it backwards, these are the unsexy version. But I agree about the expressions.
