DIY: Christmas In A Jar

First Christmas DIY! How about converting those swear jars into Christmas in a jar? Now you can swear all you want, and not worry about trampling your decorations when you're drunk on eggnog.

People aren't fearful of throwing a few quarters in a jar anyways- if you really want to punish them try locking them in a room blasting Selena Gomez's "Love You Like a Love Song" for an afternoon- I'd probably profusely rub sandpaper against my ear "repeat-peat-peat-peat-peat-peat" until it falls off.

Here are the steps:

1. Get some jars, cotton balls ribbons and christmas decorations that will fit into the jar.

2. Place the cotton balls then the decorations. You can glue the decorations down if you like. Finish it with a bow.

As well, special thanks to Ottawa Life Magazine for publishing my "Christmas In A Jar". Check it out on their website, right this way!

  47. Cute concept. Meanwhile, I really like "Love You Like a Love Song" so...being stuck in a room listening to it nonstop won't really faze me. Now, if it was a song by Justin Beiber or Rihanna? *slits throat*
