I Got A Heart On For You

{Wearing Bluenotes' "I Got A Heart On For You" tee, Snoozer Loser scarf, vintage flannel shirt}

The first time I met a h8tor was in the 6th grade. Kyle would taunt me in public from pulling my hair to making fun of my clothes every day. Eventually I was got mad that I punched him in his stomach as hard as I could. Kyle had to go to first aid and he didn't bother me again. High school was a bit more difficult since you couldn't just "punch away", but what doesn't kill you make you bitchier.

But if you are the type who deal with in a civil way, Bluenotes collaborated with Canadian band Simple Plan to design an awareness shirt. 100% of the profits from "I got a heart on for you" goes to help Kids Help Phone. You can purchase the shirts for $10 at any Bluenotes location right now.

Yes, what doesn't kill you make you bitchier, but it's also nice to lend an ear. Whether you are a 13 years old girl or a 35 years old gorilla, everyone needs someone to listen. So check them out!

  7. This is a great cause--it's very sweet of you to give them a boost. And very appropriate of you to punch Kyle, I hope he learned his lesson. Most boy-girl teasing at that age is the result of a crush. But not all. In my neighborhood, there was a girl nicknamed "Banana Head" by my older brother and his friends. It was not the result of a crush, just plain meanness. Growing up with him in the house made the bullies I met out in the world seem like amatuers...very easy to handle.
