Wild Thing

{Wearing Spirit Hood in Wolf, gifted sweater my sister bought me from Peru, TNA flannel shirt}

This is one of my favorite spot in Victoria and it's only a 5 minute drive from our house. I totally miss living right by the ocean, and don't I remind you of the boy in Maurice Sendak's "Where The Wild Things Are"? Except I didn't sail away and ate enough fun stuff to party with life sized stuff animals.

Anyhoo, Sendak's book would have ended in Chapter 2 if I was the main character. I get motion sickness from spinning in circles, let alone sail away on a raft- I can't even handle the tea cup ride in Disneyland without going pukey after. True Story.

  16. Adorable! Hubs got a Tumi down coat in Seattle - and it even has a tiny strip of (Canadian) Coyote fur on the hood! I told him to remove it before going into London - don't want to get pelted by Animal rights activists!

  24. So I guess eating German food @ Busch Gardens and then getting on a ride immediately after would be a bad idea? LOL, honestly, that's a bad idea for anyone.

    After seeing the title, but before reading the post, my brain kicked into song lyrics, "Wild thing...." And after reading the post, I changed my mind--I think I could live there.
