She Took The Midnight Train Going Anywhere

{Photos by LoveK; wearing Zara pants, DIY Burberry Prorsum inspired beaded heels, Henri Bendel purse}

I'm in serious love with these Zara pants I bought a few weeks ago. Though I broke my rule of never buying anything full price at Zara (since it essentially goes for half off like a month later) the combination of my affair for loud print bottoms and missing out on the Navajo print trousers lead me to splurging on these.

Yeah, I get stares when I wear them at work, but I also saw a lady going for lunch with an Asian Darth Vader visor. And if she's allowed to wear that ugly thing loud and proud then I have all the rights to wear these.

    Lol, those visors are so funny! Must be great to keep UV rays off the skin, but definitely weird looking...

  12. Where are you? The mood feels lonely, no leaves, grey sky, melted snow, train tracks that lead to.......?

    Love your jacket and how your heels turned out, though.

  13. That's a great outfit Julie, I'd be happy to see you wearing those pants to work!

    I remember your feelings about sardines--fish in a can and you don't know how long they've been dead. LOL! I'm having 2nd thoughts about giving the kids grocery store caviar. I don't want them to think it's all bad. Maybe I can use this to illustrate that the cheap version of somethings are worse than having none at all.

    Have a great weekend!
