A De-Motivation Guide

Work has been so busy lately that I haven't had much energy to do anything else. I have to give this Nella Bella bag props for keeping my stuff in order with its numerous compartments. I think I need a weekend getaway.

How To Kill Your Motivation

Only do things that doesn't scare you. Don't do or say anything objective or make you look even mildly ridiculous. Be afraid to try something new or foreign. Stick to routine and what you know.

Follow trashy reality shows and admire the lives of Real Housewives of (insert city here) or whatever reality star. Clearly they are better human beings when their biggest issue is being catty while other people can't even afford food or health care.

Having the need to contact your significant other constantly because you are afraid of being alone. Rely on them to do things instead of asking them to teach you so you can do it yourself. Depend on them to always financially take care of you and never experience hard work and reward. You are a princess, after all.

Keep a closed mind of other people's lifestyle. Take advise from diet books that tell you to take protein supplements instead of eat vegetables and fruits. Discard and bash anyone who doesn't share your background, opinion and interest.

Rely on the media to tell you than do your own research, discover, make and adapt something into what you like. It's easier and less effort when it is all packaged for you. You're way too busy to be motivated anyway.
