Slow Cooker Ribs

Most days I'm too pooched from work to make food when I get home. I often rely on my slow cooker when I know I will have a busy day. One of the first things I learned to make with the slow cooker is ribs. I love ribs. And this way taste just as good as if they were on the grill.

Slow Cooker Ribs
- Season the rack of ribs and put it in the oven at 375 C for 15 minutes to crip the outside.
- Put the ribs into the slow cooker on low for 6 hours.
- Optional: Season the ribs the day in advance and put it in a plastic bag for deeper flavour.

The reaction I got for the ribs was the following:

Zach: "This is good. I think I'm getting hooked on your cooking."
Me: "Good. I'm going to fatten you up so you won't leave me then I will dump you when you get too fat. HAHAHA"
Zach: "... You're so weird."
