Those Nice Ones

{Photos by Sabrina; wearing H&M jacket, Marc by Marc Jacobs bag, Ray Ban Wayfarers}

Went drinking with Sabrina over the weekend where we discussed important things such as why Asians like bubble tea and when a guy publically prides himself on being "the nice guy" he is actually either: 1. Boring 2. A douchebag 3. Wants your money (bartender, hair dressers etc). At least from both of our experiences, oh, and Daily Mail also agrees.

  1. Love that parka babe! Maybe cos there's fur on it. Maybe it's just me..I'm obsessed with fur right now.
Hmm...why Asians like bubble tea? That's a rhetorical questions right? Ok..2nd topic, maybe he should add another few more words in front which is "trying to be..." to make it more real you know? =P

  2. I really like Jenna Marbles video on why nice guys finish last. You should watch it and LOL.

Love your shoes. And when I saw your purse I was like "OMG YOUR PURSE HAS A TAIL <333"

    Nice style, as always :)

  4. It looks like your cat sneaked into your purse and has her tail hanging out. :) Very cute!

I've never met any guys who announced they were nice... Uhm, I can't decide if that's a good or a bad thing now. LOL.

  5. The bag is totally adorable. I need it in my life now. *Sigh* I actually know one truly nice guy - my best friend. But then again, 99% of people just see him as this totally eccentric nerd so I guess I look at things differently? But agreed - most guys who markets themselves like that are such d-bags.

  13. How about if people tell you you're a nice guy, but you're not proud of it (and you share stories about the bad things you've done)??? :)

    I like the raccoon's tail.

  14. Hahaha "nice guy"...RIGHT! I agree with number 1! Guys who label themselves as nice guys but are actually number 2 and 3 don't live up to the name. But number 1 does! Hahaha.

Isn't it too cold to wear tights?? I'm dying to get warmer weather...but I bet our weather right now isn't too bad for others. I'm such a whiner and I get cold easily.

  15. Love this outfit, the Jack Daniels tank dress is soo good! Love the hat & boots too... and the parka, well the whole thing really!
Totally agree with you on 'nice guys' too... Anyone who's actually a nice guy doesn't need to keep telling people he is! That Tumblr in the DM article had me laughing so much a few weeks ago, pure comedy gold! :D

  16. LOL. I'm not sure why Asians love bubble tea... maybe the social aspect of it?

I love your shirt. I think my boyfriend would just die if I walked around in that! LOL.

  17. Thanks for the life lesson on dating? Haha, where I live, everyone likes bubble tea even the non-Asians!

  18. Most "nice guys" are those who look inwards who think being "nice" only applies exclusively to the girl they are interested in.

I'm not sure what is worst though - being the single nice guy, or friend zoned. Right now for me, being friend zoned breaks my heart.

  19. Love all the furry accessories on your cool outfit! Haha so what's your take on why Asian love bubble teas? In hot SG, I think everyone appreciates cold sweet drinks everyday, not too sure about the pearls though. hehe

  24. Why DO asians love bubble tea? Because I love bubble tea and my husband (who is not asian), thinks it's so gross. Hahaha. My husband = not a nice guy. :)
