Parsley Salad

This week I'm on a detox diet. I do this one per year. The detox program I'm on basically consist not eating flour products, dairy products, booze, artificial seasoning, sugar, and limited amount of meat. It's hell for 12 days but I do feel better after.

Parsley Salad Ingredients
- A can of chick peas
- Olives
- Parsley
- Cucumber
- Red/Orange/Green bell peppers
- Lemon juice
- Thyme

Cut and combine everything in a bowl. Add lemon juice & thyme to taste.

This is one of my go-to salads and the ingredients happen to fit for this detox program. If it isn't for this salad I would hate life right now. And if reincarnation is real coming back as a rabbit would be my version of hell.
