Beans and Chicken Southwest Salad


A recipe I made during my detox that I'm regular eating now. I've also been drinking a lot of Vitamin Water because they're delicious with zero calories- a good alternative from juice sometimes.

Indegridents
2 tsp of chilli powder
2 tsp of paprika
1 can of mixed beans
1 chicken breast
1/4 cup of diced curly parsley
spring mix salad leaves
Extra virgin olive oil

Cut the chicken breast into cubes. Fry it with olive oil and 1/2 tsp of chilli powder & 1/2 tsp of paprika. Add the beans and the remaining 1 1/2 tsp of chilli powder & paprika. Mix the parsley in when the chicken and beans are ready. Pour it onto the salad leaves and serve.

  11. That looks amazing! I'm stuck on a bland, mushy, mush diet for the time being....a week on broth, water and applesauce, followed by two weeks of cottage cheese, yogurt, rice and overly cooked carrots and green beans.
