Let It Grow, Or Get A Better One

{Photos by Zach; wearing Urban Outfitters sweater, Aritzia leather shorts, Little Burgundy shoes}

A relationship is like a plant. One must often water the plant for it to grow and for the flowers to bloom. When a plant starts wilting, you don't get another plant- you water it some more.

Unless the plant is a selfish asshole.

Then you burn the mother fucker down and get another one you can count on.

I think the next time one of my exes want to reconciliate I will say exactly that.

  5. awesome sweater :P Burn is, uh, a really strong word. Issues, much? :P just kidding, girl, I totally understand. Perhaps "trade" or "water in the ocean" or "toss over a cliff" might be better nouns to replace that with ^_~

  7. The problem is that when you're in love, it makes things extremely more complicated...

  8. If the grass is greener on the other side, it means I need to take better care of my grass!!! Remembering that makes it easier to be friends with an awesome girl when I met one--no matter how green her grass is! :D

    PS - Plus, I can't imagine how awful it would be to have 2 girls wanting to burn me down. lol!

  13. You always visit the cutest places! I like how you went from a sweet, almost cliche story to going directly into the complete opposite of cheesy love advice.
