This is where we went to when we skipped class in High school. Sometimes we hung out in the hallways, sometimes we came down to the beach. The other day it took me a minute to think before answering my sister's questions on asymptotes. Asym-what? How did Animal Farm end? What Shakespeare play is the quote "fair is foul and foul is fair" from? What is the story behind the Fraser River Gold Rush? What city is called Canada's "Paris of the Prairies"?

Saskatoon. And this is where every Canadian will LOL and say "there is nothing Paris about Saskatoon!".

Why do we learn these? A highschool teacher can confidently answer that knowledge is power, and it will come in handy when you reach middle age and start playing along with Jeopardy on TV to distract the loneliness that comes within your heart. I'll take 400, Alex.
