Guarded



I've never been the type who watch what they eat down to counting calories and daily sugar intake. I've definitely never been the type to work out like crazy and take protein shakes. That's not the kind of passion I'm into. And still I'm not. I'm more of a "watch what you eat" and "go for a jog when you can" type of girl, everything in moderation. So far it has been working out for me. Except lately I've been subconsciously eating more sweets and those vanilla mocha coffees at work aren't helping either.

So I decided to go on a cleansing diet this week and hopefully by the end of the week I'll miss sugar a little less. Yesterday I felt slightly weak that I ate 6 Maltesers and today I picked up a box of banana muffins at the grocery store... But then I told the cashier that I won't take it. Damn, I got this!

  3. Oh I'm been seriously thinking of a cleansing diet but just for a few days to a week. Totally want to kick start and reboot my system! I've been not eating as many fruits and veg recently and am trying to loose a few more kilos to get closer to my goal weight but I honestly know that I need to add some exercise in too! Love your shots! I totally want to get into a swimsuit and jump into a cool pool right now!

  6. I'm not really all that health conscious either. I stay away from junk food and fried foods, and try to walk as much as possible, but that's about it for me. My mom did a detox diet a few months ago and said she felt great afterwards, and since I can get very lethargic at times, I've been thinking about trying one as well.

  9. I don't count calories all the time, but on occasion I find that it helps me focus on choosing the most nutritious foods. Like you, I love sugar, so I admire you for putting back the banana muffins!

  13. oh, wishing u luck with ur diet))) btw, ur body lookin sooo great)))) ab me, i'm eating 5 times of a day, go to gym 3 times of week, i'm trying eat heathy food.... but i really can't say "no" to sweets, especially when i'm in period;)))

    Haha, but yeah, it still is something that'd be better if your body was actually cleansed from the inside out. I'm of the same mentality of you girl, and trying to quit this sugar thing is tough! It's a drug, I tell you, and I'm an addict -_-
