I've never been the type who watch what they eat down to counting calories and daily sugar intake. I've definitely never been the type to work out like crazy and take protein shakes. That's not the kind of passion I'm into. And still I'm not. I'm more of a "watch what you eat" and "go for a jog when you can" type of girl, everything in moderation. So far it has been working out for me. Except lately I've been subconsciously eating more sweets and those vanilla mocha coffees at work aren't helping either.
So I decided to go on a cleansing diet this week and hopefully by the end of the week I'll miss sugar a little less. Yesterday I felt slightly weak that I ate 6 Maltesers and today I picked up a box of banana muffins at the grocery store... But then I told the cashier that I won't take it. Damn, I got this!
